Mobile Phone Forensics
With nearly 20 years of experience we are able to develop bespoke solutions that enable the extraction of data from many different mobile phone brands.
We have aquired a unique knowledge of reverse engineering and finding software/hardware exploits as well as having a vast selection of development tools at our disposal.
We understand mobile phones down to there component level and contsruction and write all our own bootloaders which allow us to retrieve data that cannot normally be accessed by usb cable.
Typical turnaround for any new project is around 2-3 months. This can be a very complex procedure which requires in depth research however we give clear and precise information every step of the way.
We are happy to answer any questions and offer our advice where possible. No job is too small.
Our customers demand privacy when purchasing bespoke solutions and as such we are unable to advertise these projects however please see below for available software options.
In house solutions:
- Custom Boot Loader development
- Sql lite database extraction tool. Unlike most tools we can extract the deleted and non referenced data from any sql database
Android Data Extractor for sql lite
Many “off-the-shelf” tools can be used to view the live records in the database, but JicTech Data Extractor extracts deleted and de-referenced data from the database files or hex dump.
- Read sql database from any android phone
- Sms, Mms, Calendar, Address Book and others
- Seperates Deleted and Non referenced Data
Sony Ericsson Android Nand Dumper data extraction tool
- Dump raw data from Nand/Flash on most Android handsets using original usb cable (we dont read useless “marked for deletion” data like some solutions)
- This is the only software that dumps the whole file system from android phones and the only tool that works on Sony Ericsson handsets.
- Embedded Hex editor with Lupa (screenshot function)
- Sms Browser
- User management tool and activity logger
- Company Logo/Name can also be added to the software
- We are UK Developers which means we can add your own bespoke solutions to this software easily and efficiently
Our Android Nand Dumper software will dump the whole Nand/Flash from most Android based handsets. It is a quick and efficient way of gaining access to raw data which cannot normally be accessed by most tools.
Some tools that are advertised over the internet claim to read deleted data from android handsets but what they actually do is just read the “marked for deletion” data which is stored in a database. Our tool dumps the whole Nand which allows forensic investigators to recover the “permanently deleted” messages and images etc.Unlike other methods we do NOT write anything to the phone by permanently rooting the handset.
The software comes supplied with one unique Admin Dongle/Key which allows you to setup additional users by entering the username and passwords of your choice.
When a registered user logs into the software they have there own encrypted folder which contains all the phones extracted Data. This folder cannot be accessed by anyone else. Each user has there own activity log .

What is mobile phone forensics?
Mobile Phone Forensics is the process of carrying out forensic examinations on mobile cell phones.. This is achieved by the development of specialised forensic software which is design for sim card data recovery and mobile phone data recovery.
Mobile phone forensics investigators are able to undertake either prosecution or defence work in either criminal or civil proceedings. They work with the police and other legal institutions to back up mobile phone data and carry out forensic mobile phone examination and phone forensics.
JIC Technology have developed a specialised network forensic tool using enterprise forensic software to carry out cellex examinations and assist in cellular forensics and mobile phone digital forensics.
We are in the process of developing our software and our mobile app to assist in the application of forensic investigations. Stay tuned to our website for more news coming soon.
